Yes, packaging is free. Each watch comes with its own box, bag, and warranty card, and the bags and accessories also come with their own packaging.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Please contact customer service via WhatsApp at 0557994444 for exchanges. You can exchange items within 7 business days from receipt of the shipment. The item should be returned at one of the shipping company branches specified by the customer within 3 days after receiving the shipping label.
Note: Free exchange service does not include shoes and accessories.
