1. Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, the product cannot be exchanged.
2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefited from. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Exchange is free of charge.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications determined by them, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
2. If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or other literary work.
4. If the defect in the product is due to the consumer’s misuse.
5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
6. If the contract involves purchasing downloadable software products online.

2. To be eligible for return, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefited from. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure its condition.
