Consumer Rights and Duties

Can products be returned?

Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt.

Can products be exchanged?

Products can be exchanged within 5 days of receipt.

Can orders be canceled?

Orders can only be canceled if they are still in the "Under Review" status. Once the order status is changed to "Processed", it cannot be canceled through the store or customer service.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all accessories and gifts included.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product's condition will be verified by a specialized team before the return or exchange is approved.

Return or Exchange Fees:

If you wish to return or exchange a product, there will be a 40 fee for the return or exchange process.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

  • The item to be returned or exchanged must be delivered to the designated shipping company, as selected by Ladoun's customer service.

Restrictions on Modified Products:

  • Products that have been modified or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or Missing Products:

  • If there is a missing item or an error with the products, the customer must inform the store within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process:

Refunds for returned or exchanged products will be processed through bank transfer to the customer’s account within a maximum of 14 business days if the payment was made via cash on delivery or Mada.

  • If the payment was made via credit card, refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 business days.
